Top 3 Episodes of the Year

We are halfway through the historic year of 2024. Like 2020, people are seeking faith in times such as these and there’s no better testament to this truth than the amount of growth I Like Birds Podcast has experienced this year. While we honor every guest we’ve had, it’s important to highlight the ones people gravitated to most as we enter in the summer. The Holy Spirit has led each convo we’ve had this year and we are thankful to see so many new faces find our show and ministry. Thank you to our patreon community and those who support us make these episodes possible!

  1. Dr. John Delony

This was expected considering John’s show “The Dr. John Delony Show” reaches around 100 million people a month! The impact on this one wasn’t just numbers for us, it was an impact personally. The Ramsey team sent over a copy of John’s new book, “Building a Non-Anxious Life,” and after weeks of reading, highlighting, and journaling, I felt a shift happen in my personal life. I was ready to face the fires and make the six daily choices required to live a better life. John showed me a new pathway and reminded me “I deserved to live well.” See for yourself why millions of people listen to John weekly! Hear the wisdom God has given him on the subject of mental health in our power episode we did together!

2. Bishop Alan Didio

Friend of the show and spiritual mentor Pastor Troy Brewer gave me a call when I was on the way back from visiting a friend in Orlando to check in. He asked how things were and after sharing some cool news with him he said, “Man you know what you outta do? You outta have that cat Alan Didio on your show. That’s brothers sharp!” As soon as I got off the phone he put me in a group chat with himself and Bishop Alan Didio (What is life?)

Suddenly, I was on a plane booking Bishop Alan to come on our show! I ordered a copy of Alan’s book and started to dive in while on family vacation! We jumped on a Zoom in March and recorded a heater!!! So many people gravitated to that episode both in my circles as well as Alan’s network! Bishop Alan shared it on his website and accepted every reel collab we sent his way and boom the episode got a great pop! Thousands of people reached and it was incredible to be connected with someone doing such big things in the online ministry space! His YouTube has over half a million subscribers and it was an honor to talk so deeply about Christian content creation on the back half of our episode. Alan Didio uplifted our ministry in big ways! Thank you, Alan and Evan Didio for a great collab!

3. Pastor Troy Brewer (LIVE AT THE LAUNCHBOX)

Number one in our hearts, Pastor Troy Brewer live at the Launchbox was a night I’ll never forget. It was the first episode I ever recorded in front of a live audience. This episode is likely number one on the list but I don’t have access to ODX.TV numbers which is where Pastor Troy graciously live-streamed and published this episode! Not only that but we had around 50 people in attendance and we hit hundreds of views on both our YouTube and audio feed with a whopping 500,000 views on our clips on tiktok! Pastor Troy Brewer will forever be the first big guest we had on the show at the end of 2023, which revealed what God is capable of doing when it comes to the reach and impact of I Like Birds Ministry. Troy’s ministry is a blessing to so many and collaborating with him will forever feel like a gift from God.

The shows this year have been incredible and I’m thankful for what God has done in such a short time! We celebrated four years of I Like Birds at Launchbox in May and we look forward to sharing that episode later this month as well! Please support this ministry by partnering with us on Patreon! This will connect you deeper to our ministry and community. Good things happen for those who partner with us on there!
