Everything Will Be Okay

This was what my dash looked like the day after I got let go from my job. God spoke to me through this visual and here is what he put on my heart.

Your gas tank may be on empty. Good News: You are only an exit away from getting back on the main road.

You need some maintenance. You gotta put this on the calendar. You can’t go where God wants to bring you without filling the containers in you that matter most.

Your air pressure is low. You’re fatigued, you’re not operating at full capacity, and a lot of times you don’t even know which tire is low.

Either way, these are all opportunities to humble yourself and make things right, so the journey can go on.

These lights can feel overwhelming.

Sometimes, we blame the car. But the truth is, you’re only a few moves away from hitting that cruise control and being in the lane God has called you to be in. Take the exit, fix what needs fixing, and get back on the road.

Everything's gonna be okay — Jesus is driving.
